Welcome to Motor Vehicle Recovery Assist (MVRAssist). We’re taking the old-school spreadsheet-based accident and incident process and replacing it with a comprehensive, easy-to-use system, making your claims management process simpler and more efficient, and your data more accurate and valuable.

  • A straightforward workflow to lodge and manage under excess claims – from easy and accurate capturing of data and lodgement, through to total management of the claim, to vehicle repair, to closure.
  • The ability for your company (and recovery agents) to manage the under excess claim process autonomously, without the need for an insurance company.
  • The use of AI-powered legal interactions to attach insurance notices and claims information, helping to streamline the process between your team and recovery agents, and the insurance companies where still used.
  • Data on your whole fleet that you can then use as you want/need. The App

An MVRAssist App is in production. When an accident occurs, drivers will be able to use the app to lodge all details in real-time, including the upload of photos, making the data capture process even more streamlined. The location of the accident will also be automatically recorded, providing even greater insight into accident black spots and where additional safety measures may need to be put in place.

When launched, the App will fully integrate with the MVRAssist system. So, when the driver has entered the accident details, the data entry team will be immediately notified, and can manage the process from there.
